We love broccoli around this house! It's soo good for you and did you know that it's actually better for you cooked rather than raw? Yes! So steaming it for no longer than 5 minutes is best! And garlic is great for you too so this side dish will make you SUPER STRONG and HEALTHY... well, that's what I tell my kids! :)

Easy Garlic Broccoli
2-3 Bunches of broccoli (I had 3 med size broccoli heads)
2 TBS Butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Trim broccoli florets and rinse. Bring about 1/2 c of water to boil and set steamer on top. Steam broccoli for no longer than 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. While broccoli is steaming, melt 2 TBS butter in small pan on med low. Add garlic to butter and saute for about a minute, stirring often remove from heat. Put broccoli in serving dish and pour butter/garlic over top. Stir and season with salt/pepper.
